Payment Authorization

All orders undergo payment authorization, validation and anti‑fraud review. Your payment service provider, card‑issuing bank or other financial institution may require additional identity verification, decline your transaction, or place a temporary authorization hold when you attempt to complete a purchase. LEEPLLS has no influence over transaction approval results, authorization procedures, hold periods or fund‑release timelines determined by payment providers or card issuers.

Checkout Security

Checkout transactions are processed through Shopify and its partnered payment providers, equipped with security measures intended to protect your transaction information. Even so, no online data transmission, electronic processing or data‑storage system can guarantee complete security. You are responsible for protecting your account login credentials and should make purchases using trusted devices, browsers and networks.

Pricing and Charges

Product prices, shipping fees, applicable taxes, promotional deductions and final order amounts are shown during checkout before you submit payment. Any foreign‑exchange expenses, currency conversion fees, bank service charges, card‑issuer surcharges or similar costs, if applicable, are set by your payment provider or financial institution and are beyond LEEPLLS’s control.

Discount Codes

Discount coupons must be entered prior to completing checkout. They are subject to the terms, eligibility criteria and usage limits defined within the corresponding promotion. Unless otherwise clearly stated, discount codes cannot be combined with other offers, exchanged for cash, transferred to third parties, or applied retroactively to previously completed orders.
